Today, we mainly introduce the material and production process of tea bags and some problems that appear in the later period.
First of all, according to the national standard tea packaging bags, the packaging materials include PET, PE, AL, OPP, CPP, VMPET, etc. The most commonly used structure is PET/AL/PE. Let’s first look at the production process of tea packaging bags: printing-inspection-coding-compounding-maturation-slitting-bag making
1. Printing
There are printed and non-printed packaging bags. The cost of non-printing is lower than the cost of printing. Because one of the colors requires one plate roller, there are several plate rollers for how many colors. The quality of the printing machine is also very important, such as printing speed, correction during printing, etc., if there is a problem, it will affect the whole time.
2. Inspection
Inspection is usually done after printing and in the process, that is to say, if you don’t need printed tea packaging bags, you don’t need to inspect the product. First of all, it must be clear that the inspected product is a machine, and the printed film will be inspected according to the set data.
3. Compounding
Compounding is to glue several kinds of films with corresponding adhesives. Here we mainly talk about the classification of composites, which are divided into dry composites, solvent-free composites, and extrusion composites. They have their own advantages and disadvantages.
4. Curing
Curing is to let the adhesive volatilize, mainly the remaining adhesive during the previous compounding. Different packaging and roll film packaging of different products have different curing times.
5. Slitting
Slitting can be used whether it is making bags or film rolls. Because the printed products are relatively wide, slitting is a key step to produce the specifications required by customers.
6. Making pouch
This is based on the needs of users, some need to make a pouch, and some do not. Common pouch types are: three-side sealing pouch, folding bottom self-supporting zipper pouch, slotted self-supporting zipper pouch, double-slip side pouch.
