1. What is the minimum number of pouches I can order?
For certain unprinted pouches, 5000 pcs is the minimum quantity you can order. Normally we need 10000-20000pcs for printed pouch, very small bags will need 50000pcs for a start.
2. How do you conduct proofing of your process?
Before we print your film or pouches, we will send you a marked and colour separate artwork proof with our signature and chops for your approval. After that, you will have to send a PO before the printing starts. You can request printing proof or finished products samples before mass production start.
3. How do you pack the printed bags and pouches?
All the printed bags are packed 50pcs or 100pcs one bundle in corrugated carton with wrapping film inside the cartons, with a label marked with bags general information outside the carton. Unless you have specified otherwise, we reserve the right to make changes on the carton packs to best accommodate any design, size, and pouch gauge. If the printed bags need to be packed with pallets and stretch film, please notify us ahead of. Special pack requirements like pack 100pcs with individual bags please notice us ahead.
4. Do you have custom labels services?
Yes, custom labels are available. Call or email us to get more information about this.
5. Can I get some samples for the size and testing purposes?
Yes, we recommend that you try our pouches before you purchase them. This ensures that you get the right colour, size and design you desire. You can request both existing samples or custom samples, custom samples may need charges.
6. Is there a minimum requirement for la-belling services?
We highly appreciate a minimum of 5000 pieces to maximize the efficiency of our systems and cut costs.
7. What are the lead times normally?
Our lead times will highly depend on the printing design and style required by our clients. But in most cases, our lead times are between 2-4 weeks. It depends on quantity and payment. We make our shipment through air, express, and sea. Enquire with us on the actual days of delivery to your premises, and we will give you the best quote possible.
8. Do you have any retort pouches?
Yes, retort pouches for pasteurization purposes or 95℃,105℃, 121℃, and 135℃ are all available, call or email us to know more; we can customize them for you. You will also get our quote for free.
9. What is the best packaging material which can keep my products from direct sunlight or moisture?
We highly recommend that you use aluminium foil materials for such purposes. However, we also give metalized films that work well with extreme sunlight. To protect your product from moisture, you can also use other materials such as polypropylene, nylon. Some coatings on our pouches come with the best moisture barrier.
10. Can I get materials that allow for easy open packages?
Yes, you can. We make easy-to-open pouches and bags with add-on features such as laser scoring or tear tapes, tear notches, slide zippers, and many others. If for one time use an easy peeling inner coffee pack, we also have that material for easy peeling purposes.
11. What artwork files do you accept?
You can save the PDF from your set-up and send us the artwork in PDF format. Make sure they are outlined, or you will need to send all fonts used in the design.

1. Is it acceptable if I order online?
Yes. You can ask for a quote online, manage the delivery process and submit your payments online. We accept PayPal payment as well.
2.How does your company relate to quality and state control?
Quality is our sole priority in the manufacturing industry. We value quality control from the very beginning of manufacturing to the printing of our pouches. Our company has as well gained ISO authentication.
3.What information must I keep in mind before placing an order or requesting a quote?
It is crucial that you have some basic information about pouches. Such information includes facts about pouch dimensions, artwork, add-on features, and quality to mention but a few. If you have limited knowledge or the information you have is not clear, contact us, we will guide you through the entire process.
4. Which payment options do you have?
Our company accepts normally PayPal, T/T, and L/C payments, we also accept Visa and MasterCard. Call us if you need to use any payment procedures.
5. Do you have any sales agreements?
Yes. We have a sales agreement that has all the terms and conditions. By signing the contract, our client agrees to be bound by that agreement. You must go through the agreement well before making any payment.
6. Does your company abide by the Image copyright?
All the images in AZ Packaging are flexible unless credited otherwise. All the printing rights are reserved.
7. How long does an invoice last when an order is placed?
All orders must abide by the AZ Packaging terms and conditions. All the payment terms are within our sole discretion. All invoices must be paid within the stated time on the invoice.
8. Can I cancel my order?
A client has the right to cancel all or part of their order without any liability in the condition that the seller does not deliver the goods specified, the seller breaches the terms stated, or the seller becomes insolvent.
9. What are your inspection terms?
All non-conforming or defective goods will be at the expense of AZ Packaging, and you can bring or send them back to us. We accept 3rd party inspection as well.
10. Can I change my artwork at any time?
Our customers reserve the right to make any changes to the specifications, drawings, packaging, quantity, specifications, transportation methods, and even delivery schedules of the ordered goods. The price difference or performance time difference caused by the change will be fair adjusted and confirmed in the agreement. However, without your consent, we cannot make any changes to descriptions, specifications, drawings, or even materials.
11. Can I make subsequent sales once I buy from you?
Buyers can resell the pouches purchased from us. However, under no circumstances we will be responsible for any of our expected profits, indirect losses, or other resale components.

2. What type of printing do you offer?
We print pouches up to 10 colors. We use rotogravure and digital printing.
3. Which materials do you offer when printing the bags and pouches?
We provide a wide range of post-consumer materials and reusable materials. We also offer compostable pouches as well as non-plastic bags.
4. Can I order a custom pouch that is not included on your website?
Yes. You can send us the artwork, size, and bag you are looking for. Then, we will approve your work or make a suggestion and send it to you. Once your work is accepted, our designers and engineers will make the bags and pouches you expect.
5. Can I change my order?
Yes, you can as long as we have not started printing it.
6. How much does the shipping cost?
The shipping cost will highly depend on the location of delivery as well as the quantity being supplied. We will be able to give you the estimate when you have placed the order.
7. Where do you ship your bags?
For now, we are shipping in various continents but mainly Europe
8. What if I don’t get my shipment or my shipment delays?
If your shipment delays, kindly contact us via our email and we will find out about the delays.
9. Can I pay in installments?
Unfortunately, we do not accept payments in installments. Only twice payment at one order.
10. What if the order does not satisfy me?
AZ Packaging guarantees 100% satisfaction with our services. Therefore, if you feel that you are not satisfied with our design or quality, we will rectify it to suit your desired outcome. Contact us and let us know the reasons why you are not happy.
11. What printing quality can I expect?

12. What are the add-on features I will get on your services?
We provide our customers with a comprehensive list of add-on features which include zippers, easy-tear notches, ergonomic handles, rounded corners, re-closable, and punch holes.
13. How long can I use my cylinder plates?
Normally 24-30 Months, or 1,000,000meters printing film guarantee.
14. Why do I need to pay the mold costs?
Some special size for stand up pouch, shaped pouch or window pouch, the spout pouch may need mold cost for bag-making, so did special punched holes may need mold cost. Any other special features may cause mold cost.
15. How should I choose the best pouches for my products?
